Melanie, Libby (Newbie), Victoria and Mike .... with pup "Beeland" tying to join us in flight!
Lot's of T-storms that I arranged to be the the left of our course to Enterprise.
The squares with lines are other planes near us and their altitude. (-10 mean 1000 ft below us.)
I arranged for all the servere storms to be to the right of us all the way to Tallahassee. :)
May look dangerous and hard, but it was Easy-Peezee.
Unloading Pilot Jeff's plane at KEDN.
Lot's of help at Enterprise... and it was hot!
Pilot Ron let us use his BAF. (Big-Ass-Fan.)
Loading pups as usual with "laptops".
Asleep on pilot's lap.
Sliding off Mike's lap...
3 pups on Melanie's lap... sound asleep, often times with jerky REM sleep as they dream!
The flight back to Orlando. T-storms over X04 (Orlando-Apopka Airport) but we are still 55 minutes away.
The other yellow-red is just what is left of T- storms that have burned themselves out. We flew right thru them. Virtually no turbulence at all. Just some rain that washed the plane. :)
However, MASSIVE severe T-storms just SE of Orlando. So many lightening strikes that they cannot show them all. They look like soldiers marching in columns!
The the big storms are 150 nm away but I arranged for the storms over X04 to blow themselves out and just become rain.... which they did.
By the time we landed at 6:40 EDT, the rain actually stopped as planned. ;)
Our actually flight back was a straight line thru the rain. It was easy.
More sleepyheads on Libby' lap.
Pups feel safe with not a care in the world. The fact that they can roam around a little and not be trapped in a kennel really destresses the pups. Always does. Never any barking or stress during any flight.
